Don't forget he is calculating that he sold some of his shares at $7. Not a bad hedge when there was some doubt as to what would happen with the shell. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush so to speak. Those holding a 71% stake here are shareholders also so whatever they do will benefit them as shareholders. I do think they will reduce the OS but the trajectory will be up from there in terms of share price. They want to get on the NASDAQ to attract the type of investments they will need. Selling shares under $5 will not get them where they want to go. This is not the typical pinkie RM where they RS and sell as much as they can for whatever they can get for them and then do it all over again.
