Thanks for posting. There are others here that believe there is no connection between Priwen and XMining. And that may be the case now. But they were connected when the original PR came out.

Exclusivity. Priwen agrees that, for a period of sixty (60) days following execution of this MOU, or until the Closing Date, whichever comes first (the “Exclusivity Period”) where Priwen or the Existing Priwen Shareholders will not engage in any discussions or negotiations with any other company with respect to its Priwen Business.
