They threw that disclaimer up on the xmining.co website though.
"XMining is a independent private company. It is not associated with any public company and has no intention of going public in the near future. Updates are in preparation of a change in servers."
Since Macfie is only "co founder" I do believe some part of xmining / priwen fell apart, but they were most definitely connected in the deal to begin with.
