I got confused about this too because of the disclaimer on the xmining.co website. Priwen DID / DOES?, in fact, own xmining.co . Gordon Macfie is listed as co founder, CFO and other C titles to Priwen and Xmining.

I do believe something happened to the deal and Xmining is no longer going to be a part of it, because of the disclaimer they put on the website, and the schizophrenic way they keep putting up and taking down the website. It was back up 2 days ago, with two new people listed on it, now it is down again.

Check this link though, it outlines documented connection between the two and states the same in the MOU - Just read the full MOU to see clearly defined ownership - AT THE TIME - of Priwen / Xmining
