They have a new sales marketing force aimed to introduce our products to select targets like veterans admin, hospitals, ect. They must have supplied free samples being spread around the world. It's going to be huge. :)
I checked my bottle, which was pre ordered, however long ago that was, where they even sent me a free second bottle, and it’s got the same numbers on it.... so I doubt your “educated” guess is right, but I surely hope you’re on the right track.
