We as legacy holder are due the legacy assets RIGHT

How do you suggest then that they do this?

You say YOU WANT IT NOW so how ya gonna get it, it is in trusts so you can wait 20 plus more years for all the trusts to play out and pay out, there is cash in the court registry accts and probably other places and we will get that cash but, the big money come over time and it will show up in YOUR SHARE PRICE< sorry you SUPPOSEDLY signed on for the ride so ride

WMIH buys all of that with shares and once those assets show on WMIH books guess what that does to the stock it goes up large

If you have a co that has 500 mill in shares and 1 bill in value behind it ya have a 2 $ stock with no market multiples put on it

now if ya have a company that has 500 mill shares and 5 bill in value you have a com that share price IS $10 with no market multiple on it...........

They are not gonna just fold it all up and PAY JERRY !!!!!!!!!!

Again sir have you ever owned or operated any kind of company?????????I would appreciate an answer to this as it is BOBVIOUS you've not, as NO smart business man would kill and eat a GOOSE thaat lays GOLDEN EGGS it would be STUPID to do


IMHO we will get BOTH cash and shares, cash that has built up over 10 years in the court registry accts and then STOCK for the assets left.

SOrry CHARLIE ya aint gonna get all the asset value in CASH, that I can assure you it aint gonna happen....................Ask yourself how many co's have 3.5 bill shares out


This will make FAR MORE MONEY for all involved and is the only smart way to do it, carry the loans out and get all the payment, other wise you have to sell at a major discount and take pennies on teh DOLLAR,NONE OF US WANT PENNIES, you may but I sure dont.



So please then explain exactly how you suggest that it be done

Speak for your self I want more WMIH shares & I think that is is where the BIG MONEY is to be made in future. I own both flavors.
