Mike says that Loudon was as a "contact of one of the founders." In addition to his "advice," he's also producing movies and is on the boards of some other companies with a net worth that gives him a comfortable life. I've read all the PR's, none of them say he's running the company.
Remember, as previously posted on this board, Loudon Owen confirmed in an email to me that Utopya Innovations was incorporated some time ago by a corporate secretary in his office at McLean Watson Capital. Thus confirming he or his company, McLean Watson Capital, has been involved with Utopya (as Mike stated) since its inception.
