These guys have been planning this longer than 3 months...

Yes. Yes they have.

If you look at Utopya Co-founder Jason Steinberg’s LinkedIn profile, you will see the company was founded over 1 year ago.

Below is a Quote from the December 20, 2017 ANDI / Utopya Question and Answer PR

Q: Tell me about manufacturing.

A: This is a complex answer but what I can say is that our manufacturing company has been fully vetted and is prepared to scale according to the company's needs.

Q: When will you have the first phone ready?

A: Two-part answer: we expect the phones to be available for purchase through retail channels in mid-late 2018; the first units are currently being tested/vetted.

The reverse merger with ANDI was announced on November 28, 2017. The new business direction with Utopya was announced on December 07, 2017. On December 20, 2017, they announced their manufacturing company has been fully vetted and the phones we’re currently being tested. Obviously, they’ve been at this for a while; much longer than a couple of weeks.

Below is my question and Mike’s answer from an email exchange on December 22, 2017...

How do you plan to finance operations without toxic financing or without other dilutive debt?

We have already invested a significant amount of finances to accomplish our goals and fund raising will be done though friends and family whom have been contributing to our development over the last year. If for some reason we need a large amount for operations it would come via P.O. financing via my many connections in alternative financing. In no way would use toxic lenders nor use stock as collateral.

Conclusion, they have a well thought out plan and they have been executing that plan for quite some time. The reverse merger into ANDI was just another step in that plan.

Also, consider the influence of Loudon Owen. When Mike told me Mr. Owen was involved with Utopya before Mike, I followed up with this...

Remember, as previously posted on this board, Loudon Owen confirmed in an email to me that Utopya Innovations was incorporated some time ago by a corporate secretary in his office at McLean Watson Capital. Thus confirming he or his company, McLean Watson Capital, has been involved with Utopya since its inception.

A well respected business man and lawyer with the experience, credentials and reputation as Loudon Owen would not be associated with this thing if he didn’t see real and serious potential here IMO.

Just a reminder...

WHO IS LOUDON OWEN?

Loudon Owen has a track record of success and credentials the likes of which are rarely, if ever, seen in the OTC. Oh, and by the way, he’s on our team!!
