The dismissal is not so surprising given that in California, an attorney can be sued and found liable for triple damages for knowingly filing a frivolous suit, as well as trying to do an end around on the service of process.
Bottom line is that Yaz, CDx and their attorney try to use the courts in such a manner as to scare any current and future whistle blowers from exposing their fraudulent behavior.
The damages requested are so out of proportion to reality that the only reason to make such demands is as a fear tactic.
