RR, I applaud your posts regarding MYDX, articulate and to the point, but, I learned a valuable lesson many, many posts ago:

Despite integrity, morals & values and ethics, and no matter how bad a shape, used car salesmen are still going to push lemons as if they are the best cars on the lot!

Not according to all the evidence supporting my argument against the alleged in the collusion scheme in the MYDX filed complaint to the court.

Fact remains, there is no solid argument against MYDX by the alleged in the collusion scheme in the MYDX filed complaint to the court. All there has been put together are wood scrapings which together may look like a block but in reality blows in the wind.

It wood be a shame if MYDX had offered the defendants a settlement before the demurrer and the alleged in the MYDX filed complaint to the court passed on the offer and now the alleged in the MYDX filed complaint to the court face a harsher settlement if at all and for sure a much harsher but fair verdict by Judge/Jury.
