There you go tmw! Believe me when I say this, I am so happy for you and your wife to find this product so helpful in what many women experience with such debilitating pain, SO OFTEN. I am very pleased to hear of her wearing at NIGHT for relief the next day. There must be something to wearing the patch at a relaxed body state that increases the benefits it provides. For my BACK pain, I put 2 knee patches on, ONLY at night when I sleep and I awake with very little to NO PAIN every time! I hope to hear, after these products get noticed more throughout the world, of more research as to WHEN wearing patch is more beneficial. There might be something to wearing it at such a relaxed state of body for incurring the most beneficial therapy. SEE, now there is that word (therapy) again I use for these patches, because that is the way I see their use. Might not help that first time, and that might be why we see some here say it doesn't work for them, but day after day use of this 'therapy' as in other therapies, increases the effectiveness and benefits received from their continuous use. I KNOW that is the way it worked for me!
