Good points and we hope Daniel Zeff of Zeff Capital would send a "Dear Tom" letter to Mr. Meaney explaining where the bear does its' business in the woods.
The company is a labor of love for him. I don't think he's in it for the potential wealth that it could provide.
This is what bothers me about a compliant board. Management is supposed to run a company for the benefit of shareholders, so why do I think the board of directors is not fulfilling their duty?
