They will be buying from anyone who is selling. You are assuming that he is the only one with shares. Even after the split I will have thousands of shares. So will others. Then whether it goes up or down I can choose to sell or keep. The only way he can hurt the shareholders is to dump his shares on the market and drive the price down. Why he would do that and maybe end up losing his equity stake doesn't really make sense, but doesn't mean he wont. That's the risk. Really no different than if Gates decided to dump all hundreds of millions of his Microsoft stock at the same time.

an honest question....

how did i get 'wiped out'....

before i owned, e.g.... 1 million shares at .023 which = $23 k

now, i own.... 10 k shares at 2.30 = $ 23 k.....

IF (AND I REALIZE ITS AN IF)..... THEY START issuing financials showing something interesting and more infor on a ev & battery company...

and if pr's are FINALLY presented nicely explaining all thats going on...

the stock has a good chance of rising....

IF... THE COMPANY remains quiet and no financials and we enter May... then we are back to under a penny.... and this is a scam.....

honestly, imhwo.... nobody has any real proof this is legit and NOBODY HAS ANY real proof that this is a scam.... TIME... will definitely tell us REAL SOON....
