Before the split the ratio of equity owned by Wang was about 60% and all other shareholders at 40% on a fully diluted basis.
With the RS that now changes to Wang holding 99% through his prefs and ALL other shareholders holding 1% on a fully diluted basis.
So while the stock may open at $2.30 and perhaps hold there for a little while...on a fully diluted basis that pps would put the market cap over $2.5 BILLION on a fully diluted basis.
That is ridiculous. At some point Wang is going to start selling his stock and he has 1.25 Billion shares worth to do so.
The 9 million in the OS right now would get run over...and the pps will react accordingly.
Incorrect, your 10,000 Shares are not worth $23K, They are worth $28,250. The stock is up 24% which is over a $5,000 one day gain which not too shabby :-)
