The split will result in an OS of a little less than 9 million shares. Wang’s conversion potential of his prefs are 1.25 BILLION. So again...he owns 99% of the equity and EVEYONE else has 1%.

I doubt he is going to sit by while the 1% trades the 9 million shares amongst themselves...lol.

750 million would be free trading now.

And remember...they didn’t lower the AS...so he has the room for the issuances...whenever he likes.

It’s obvious what this is leading to.
