You should start with the most recent Presentation which came out this week @ Dana Point. They stated NO DEBT at a Public event on record. If not true, then the onus is on you to prove.

This Stock is currently 'Trading unrelated to Co Value' and will continue to do so until a catalyst occurs to change momentum.
