Long answer, if they did have the IP that is the real value of the company (in my view). Office spaces are leased, R&D facility leased, business centers in Ireland leased.
No tangible assets at the moment other than IP which they don't have.
Now I know others say they have it, but until the security interest is released by HB, they don't own it outright. HB is just letting them use it until whenever.
