In regards to "No Debt", how do you know what their financial position actually is unless you are an "insider"? No 4Q or EOY financials released yet so you are taking them at their word.

On your second point, what are their "Solid Assets"? If you are talking about their IP, Hudson Bay still has the security assignment to 15 patents last time I talked to the people at the USPTO (2 weeks ago). Again, you are either an "insider" or you are taking them at their word that the patents are free and clear.

And to my point... hypothetically speaking, if a lawsuit was filed and plaintiffs were awarded a judgement in excess of MC what would they do? If it were me, I would declare Bankruptcy or Sell the IP to pay the award.

Just my thinking on the subject.
