Sorry I should have been more clear. Im talking there wont be ANY shares hitting the float/market..will not be anything hitting the float for a longggg time as they cant with the shell status. Would then have a good 6-12 months following the RM with any new issuances before any could even hit the float with new stock cleared for sale. So no there wont be any D any time soon or thereafter the RM based on the shell status. Issuances for RM purposes sure. I guess I should have been more clear on that my bad.
