two things:

one -- there wont be much of a float after the RS -- I expect it will be something like $150k shares

two -- anybody in this turd (myself included) just wants out. So likely tax loss selling by end of year takes it ***lower or/and any price improvement will now have folks jumping ship -- hoping to get out in one piece.



*** just seeing the news on the RS will probably bring out a lot more sellers.
