as a general statement regarding the share structure here:

There is no need for a buyback, cancellation of shares, reverse split or any other modification to change the current ss.

The company has already stated they will not do a RS as they have no need to and believe that they can achieve the valuation they deserve on the current ss.

Current market cap at .018/share is ~$49M

If they can do the $100M in sales they have projected this year they will probably see a market cap of $500M-$1B conservatively, which would put the share price between $0.18 & $0.36

No need to reduce shares imo, share price will appreciate.

funds and other huge buyers?!?

Seems like somewhere I heard they
were. If that's the case then that
would explain why they've been
very heavy on the bid for the last
few weeks now.

The company could very well be
buying shares here! Maybe this was
what Mike had in mind when he said
he "Had something much better in
store for the shareholders?" Maybe
not in those exact words but you
get the idea.

That would be SO SWEET!

Just quietly go about their business
and then WHAM! Catch everyone
off guard with HUGE NEWS!

Maybe a retirement of shares even!
