Just my thought but your idea sounds
just as viable. I mean in of itself,
the share structure isn't really
that unreasonable to me.

Oh sure, you're probably right, they will just have to do a billion or so, by the end of the year, if they still intend on up listing. No need to reduce the structure here, no doubt about it.
