Too bad, sounds like a wasted trip for Ben. Surprised everything wasn't lined up, but I do understand since I'm in the real estate biz ..nothing final until lease is signed.
Yes! One more week and then we can hopefully pick up that remaining 10%...Doable! I am sure the owner must be sold on the fact that an internationally known board game cafe will have its first US location in his building. This might be an eye opener for him/her! ;-)
