I doubt that. I’m sure the owner had multiple businesses going after the space and Ben and Jrf had to pitch the SL story so he could see it’s a stable business. They also probably negotiated some of the lease terms now just needs to have the papers drawn up... still good progress being made.

So why would you waste money on travel on a deal not done on the phone. I don't get this one.Its a FRICKING building.Whats the price to buy/lease? Done, on the phone.What am I missing?
