This would be a good thing imho and nothing to fear. Wouldn't it be great to have some institutional investors interested again? Get back on Nasdaq and of OTC?

Not gonna happen. The A/B preferred specifically agreed to support authorizing more shares. They did NOT agree to support R/S. The 'some' who are predicting RS would not happen to be the guys in your hedge fund office would they?

Worse yet it will be an R/S without real news. They don’t even have to hold a rigged vote to pull that one off.

These people would only surprise me if they did something financially beneficial to long-term retail shareholders.
