nwbohica reverse split kills the retail share holders. After the split, the amount of shares are reduced, thus giving the company the ability to start dilution all over again. This rarely works in the share holders favor. Sorry to disagree with you, but have been down that road several times and it is a nightmare.

A reverse split without Game Changing news FIRST is unacceptable because otherwise a reverse split just makes it easier for these folks to rinse and repeat on us.

The only way a reverse split without real news up front would be within shouting distance of understandable would be if Ms. Powers resigned along with the rest of the management team and were replaced by real newcomers who expressed an understanding of the corporate governance abuses of the past and made specific commitments to remedying them.
