At least that still gives us a small smidgen of hope. Really curious why we receive in Feb a notice of a court decision in Aug. Don't think I will make any plans for spending any of my recovery money.

Several months ago a friend that pays for access to court records found that Dial's appeal had been denied.

Maybe the recent letter means the higher court agreed with a lower court.

Probably won't result in money for the victims.
