Are you suggesting ANDI/UTOP would be acquired, and not simply merged? Wouldn't we be better off being the one doing the acquisitions (at least in the long term)?

I realize this is a hypothetical, and potentially-realistic course of action. If that was the case though, does anyone have any educated guesstimates on the potential SP value (either conservative or generous)...? Please factor in any artificial inflation/normalizations. Thnx.
