Does everyone understand HOW BIG THIS CAN BE ?

The purchase of one business enterprise by another: the acquisition of a rival corporation;

mergers and acquisitions.

From a legal point of view, a merger is a legal consolidation of two entities into one entity, whereas an acquisition occurs when one entity takes ownership of another entity's stock, equity interests or assets.

Here is my opinion. They can kill 2 birds with one stone

If let's say t-mobile, Boost, Walmart Straight talk, Vonage, Cricket who is ATT takes ownership of another SMALL entity's stock then this will now be part of its ticker and on NASDAQ OR NYSE

This will be the smartest option . Then they would bid x amount per share then will now takes ownership of ANDI / UTOP

Because of the team they have they are going to try to secure an acquisition or merger .

Then we all will have more money than we need this happens every day
