I can absolutely promise you that those shares are not being sold into the market. The OS may be going up a small amount, but not the float.
There are no shares from any recent debt that are able to be transferred to a broker and sold into market while the company is undergoing a merger/asset acquisition like they are doing with Network 1. They are in a quiet period of sorts and that is simply not allowed while under it as part of the terms of agreement. The registering of shares is one of the things that the Form 10 WILL ALLOW debt holders to do....in time. But even now that the form 10 is submitted, it will be another 1-2 months to get those shares free trading.
So in other words, there are no shares from the debt that you listed being sold into market. Any trading you see right now is just retail or very VERY old debt dating back years, which at this point I don't even think there is per a PR the company put out last year. All old debt was settled.
