Wouldn't all holders now need to be

below about 5 million shares

on 02/27/2018 since none

were mentioned as 5% holders

in the Form 10 filing?...


There were a couple of

dump days over last week

or so that pushed price

down to about .03...


Seems like a more logical

reason for the Form 10

filing delay than was given...


Some may have been getting

their share ducks in a

row below 5% threshhold

before reviews start?...LJ
