Red flag...TVOG was virtually debt free

at year end 2007 with

no operations and when

the company went dark...

Debt was put in filings

many years later after

TVOG started reviving...


Was it Christopher Paton-Gay

for old unpaid CEO fees?..


Or a debt for nothing

with nothing going on?...


Form 10 filing now requires

any holder of 5% or more

of company shares outstanding

to do ownership filing...


If a filing isn't done

in the next few months

then that big block of

shares for air debt may

already be sold...


Problem is the big

air debt that still showed

in 3rd quarter,2017...


Old shell buyers of TVOG

never speculated on any

air debt surfacing...
