I agree that you’re onto something here. I thought the same from day 1. Question though... what’s preventing them from selling all of the patents and then giving themselves huge cash bonuses for selling the patents and trashing the company on the way out? Serious question.
I believe the only answer would be morals... do you trust Kay that much? He sells the company and he only gets back whatever he gets from his shares. He sells the patents and he could potentially get 10x more if they actually start winning lawsuits.
