It has become increasingly clear that misregulation or mutations of epigenetic enzymes are at the basis of a broad range of syndromes and diseases [41]. Mikesc, thanks for this valuable information. My very quick scan of this 11/2016 paper suggests that yes, it is possible AVXL SAB have been driving in this direction.
