Eight Causes of Action were the basis of the defense’s motion to strike. If the judge ruled on all eight, I’m sure all eight of them would have been posted, not just three.

There’s no magical thinking in court cases, the other five must be addressed/adjudicated. I have my speculation on what is going on, but it certainly is not “the judge just swept them under the rug.”
