Use a wide elastic wrap. I wish the packaging of their products were better. Every condition would benefit from wide elastic wraps, not the cheesy band aids. It would facilitate better placement security, people would buy more product and results would be improved. Would be a small expense for this revision. I used the elastic wrap on my elbow, secured much better and the compression ads warmth and is not impeded by the articulating joint..stays in place with activity. It would be better for all body parts..No Brainer! The Band aids have to go!

Use a safety pin to attach it to the inside of shirt or use surgical tape to tape it to he inside of the shirt. Tuck shirt into pants to keep closer to skin.

I’ve been using it for to relieve Chron’s like flare ups in my mid section. The longer I leave it on the better I feel.

When I take it off, the symptoms come back within a day or two. When using it continually - no discomfort.

I’ve found by SLIGHTLY moving it around when wearing it continually helps widen the area being treated.
Even better results.

I’ve also found that wearing it continually (24/7) for long periods helped with my very badly hurt tennis elbow. When I was putting it on and taking it off every day, the injury would still persist.

I wear (3) acti-patches every day 24/7:

• Lower back it taped to the inside of my shirt treating my lower back. I have a horrible SI Joint.

• Tennis elbow using a compression sleeve with rubber bands to keep it place.

• I have one taped to the back of
my neck where the big vertebrae connects neck to shoulders, to help the soreness that radiates into the muscles around my shoulder blades.

By using them 24/7, no pain. I feel like I’m in my 20’s again. I’m now just leaving them on because I think these might be nerves that just keep firing off pain signals to the brain. The longer I leave them on, the better I’ve been feeling.

She Can always wear high waisted panty and tape it inside to the panty. I wear tight briefs of nylon at night and just stick the actipatch over my private parts for my prostate, works fine.
