Wasabi, in regards to your post my girlfriend had her problem the other night and I taped the patch to the area where she felt most of her pain. I told her to give me an honest answer if the patch worked. The nest morning she said she wore it for 3 hours and it worked, but after she took it off to go to bed 10 minutes later the cramps returned. Just wish the design was different so you wouldn’t have to use the bandaid strips. Hope this helps
