OK LG, that's a relief. Because it sounds to me that you argued with Boardock that equity interest is extinguished and therefore there is no money coming back.
Because if escrow gets nothing while WMIH signed a big deal with NSM, it makes no sense that WMIH is getting the old WAMU assets. That's impossible because it is a post bankruptcy company and so everything has to come through the trust/escrow.
