Jerry, the old WaMu Preferred and Common shares along with their prospectuses were cancelled by the court effective 3/19/2012 and you were issued NewCo/WMIH shares and Escrow ShareMarkers if you signed timely releases by 3/2012.

What we were discussing is if 75/25 was all the way to the end and in my view and hotmeat that is the way we understand the legal documents and I believe Clawman also believes that as well from his recent post. If am wrong about Clawman he will correct me.
