I agree but he could of communicated in other ways. We just wanted to know we have a pulse. We didn't want to get info on the lawsuit. But maybe the lawyer said no mention of anything period. Either way he better step up next week with something.

I will assume that everything you stated regarding Brian not being able to say anything at all related to the ongoing court case due to legal matters and the public offering to be true.

As of today, the Offering is officially closed. Everything stated in the asset purchase agreement was dependent on the closing of the Offering.

So starting now, he should be able to begin disclosing pertinent details of the agreement, as well as other updates related to ongoing business, network usage, etc.
