Agreed. If the settlement is as stated by CCGI, then the closing should lift the restrictions on the disclosure. My SWAG here is that Brian will now bundle the settlement news into the quarterly and/or year end filing. That would bring him current on everything and almost certainly jumpstart this stock where it should be trading at. All in my opinion.
