Yes I remember. Guess you should feel vindicated Neo... those guys were unreal. So then, speaking of vindication (and getting back on topic), I think we can all take a bow for holding steady through the quiet times here - and now we know why Brian was gagged. If he said anything that interfered with their public offering, he could have been accused of committing a tort (essentially a civil crime) and he would have also clearly sabotaged his own self-interest by intentionally interfering with their economic activity (as they are essentially helping to raise money for JNSH).

So then, we now know why he was forced to be quiet and that time is rapidly coming to an end. We can thus expect disclosures, filings and PRs to be commencing again very soon. In my personal speculative opinion, he was absolutely prevented by legal circumstance from speaking before the close of this lawsuit. I do believe we are in for a very nice spring. :)
