He hasn't missed a single quarterly reporting deadline since taking over the company. SO why ask that? There is no reason to be asking a question that has no prior basis for happening. I am just assuming he is coming out, coming out on time, and coming out with decent numbers. Because I have no reason to think otherwise, based on his past performance.

I'll be looking for them within the next two hours or so.

Well if you think outside the box a little, a possible reason for an extension would be Bc they know for a fact the audit/uplist is done and being completed in the next 48 hours and wanted that done before q2 numbers were released.

Not saying that's what's happening but if you are looking for any possible reason, that is potentially one.

Its possible Roger and/or the auditors want the 10K complete before the Q. To make sure all the accounting controls and disclosures are in place and following proper procedure. I mentioned this possibility awhile back.

Up listed if it had to do with this quiet period. The 10Q at least would of held the pps stable. Tomorrow will be interesting. I've always supported Roger since I got in last spring. I just don't understand why a extension was not filed. Guess we now have yet another day to wait.

Frustrated and getting nervous but holding
