Because one is not needed. I still think he does as he has done before. Files in the evening. THIS evening. That's my thought. Granted ... I'm a little shaky on it now. LOL. But he said he would have it out today, so I"m thinking he is feverishly working on it, and it will come yet TODAY.

And that's why no extension was requested. :-)
