I would also like to state my opinion on the SEC. the SEC, IMO, is a poorly regulated body that has done little to solve market problems such as naked shorting and spreads. IMO they are not there for the investor when they spend time investigating companies instead of looking at brokers, venture capitolist, writers, and market makers actions day after day getting wealthy from investors money through potential manipulation.
