Ok, perhaps I am very wrong about the social media approach. I truly hope I am wrong. My sassy 0% number is sort of a joke from one of my statistics profs at UW - he always said that your odds of winning the lottery are the same whether you buy a ticket or not.

SWAT is fine. I lived with SWAT reports from my Marketing colleagues for 8 years at Greenheck. It is only as good as the person doing the analysis. Honeywell didn't do SWAT. Seagate didn't do SWAT. Lots of ways to get to the same thing.

What sells 6-figure equipment/systems is motivated/driven/commissioned sales guys. That is all that is required. Pick off 3 or 4 of the top reps from a company like Greenheck or Aaon and they would literally bury VirTra with orders within 6 months. Those guys can flat out sell....and they make a ton of money as a result. Everyone wins, a beautiful thing.
