Here is what I found (told you I'd look into it when I could):
January 19th, 2018 the PPS closed at $0.1499. January 20th, 2018 the PPS opened at $0.1620 with a low of $0.1509. Gap between $0.1499 and $0.1509 didn't fill until February 7th, 2018 when the price fell to a low of $0.1500... Note, February 1st, 2018 the gap ALMOST filled when the PPS reached a low of $0.1510, but to be considered filled it has to reach $0.1509 and it did not do so until February 7th, 2018...
January 22nd, 2018 the PPS closed at $0.1640. January 23rd, 2018 the PPS opened at$0.1670 with a low of $0.1650. Gap between $0.1640 and $0.1650 didn't fill until February 1st, 2018 when the price reached a low of $0.1510...
January 31st, 2019 the PPS closed at $0.1700. February 1st, 2018 the PPS opened at $0.1640, with a high of $0.1660. Gap between $0.1660 and $0.1700 didn't fill yet... The highest high since January 31st, 2018's close of $0.1700 was $0.1690 on February 2nd, 2018, still leaving a gap between $0.1690 and $0.1700...
And if all gaps fill (well, most do), then the PPS should be going back up eventually to $0.17 to fill the January 31st, 2018/February 1st, 2018 gap...
