Good for you sokol at being so active at 76! My Dad, who is 70, still plays mens pick-up league basketball, and is still competitive in doing so! I lift weights,snowboard,mountain bike and run with my two hounds. My routine is split-up amongst these exercises as it keeps my balanced and eliminates boredom, which is the single biggest reason why most people abandon an exercise program...it needs to be fun and engaging. For those of you who never chased a Fox Hound and a Beagle through the woods because while they chase deer (and everything else they scent) should try it! LOL Its one helluva good workout!
Lately Ive been doing much research on Tom Bradys diet and found a direct correlation between inflammation and disease. Not a big fan of avocado ice cream however, just give my some damn Ben and Jerrys already!
