In regard to wmih, the nol change of control restrictions which are embedded in wmih articles of incorporation, would prevent/hamper a tender offer by just anyone. KKR might be able to be in position to do so in another year or two, but currently KKR is limited to 42.5% per strategic partnership agreement. WMIH has to be the buyer for nol preservation imo.
