If 60 bill is coming back here that means that 15 bill would be slated to go to Commons correct?

So lets say they were to do a $3 tender offer, in totum $3 for WMIH shares and $3 for ESCROW markers CLAIMs to any and all for $3 as well.

Come to aprox 4.6 bill cost to acquire ALL OF IT, geez that means they only make about 11.4 and probably could care less about the NOL'S


I say yet again I DO HOPE this does not happen it would be wrong even if it would be legal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
